Originally earmarked for house and land packages in the thriving Jordan Springs precinct, this superlot presented a significant opportunity for our team. We were able to redefine the location’s possibilities, thereby increasing the lifestyle choices for potential homeowners and investors.
Partnering with MoscaPserras Architects, the first design stage of the multi-hectare property was the catalyst for the site’s success.
In our presentation to the City of Penrith, we demonstrated that by incorporating more density into the design of mid-rise apartments, we could create more recreational open space and preserve existing flora and fauna. The first approval of over 200 apartments with ground-floor retail, paved the way for a larger scheme of over 1,000 apartments, including extra acreage for the entire community to enjoy.
