Macquarie Street will be an iconic building that sets a new standard for south-western Sydney.
The masterplan proposal submitted for the site consists of an FSR of 10:1 and a height limit of 80 metres. Combining a variety of uses, the proposal includes a PCA A-Grade office tower and an element of residential living, with ground-floor restaurants and amenities for the whole community.
The project is ideally situated at the entrance to the proposed future bus terminal offering driverless services from Liverpool to the new Western Sydney International Airport and Aerotropolis.
