This rezoning masterpiece was part of a 10,000sqm superlot in the heart of Liverpool’s CBD.
Collaborating with leading design firm, MoscaPserras Architects, we worked closely with Liverpool City Council and community stakeholders to transform a vacant block into a space in which residents could live, work and play.
Originally based on a commercial zoning, the site was rezoned to a mixed-use B4 zoning with a 10:1 FSR and a height limit of almost 120 metres.
