Fyve Lodges Development Application for Rose Bay Project.

Fyve has lodged a development application for our latest project in the prestigious harbourside suburb of Rose Bay, in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

Just steps from the Rose Bay town centre, the development features a boutique collection of 19 luxurious two and three bedroom residences designed by the award winning PBD Architects. Spanning six levels with two basement levels of secure parking, the project offers generous layouts, expansive balconies and courtyards, and premium finishes throughout. With a maximum of four apartments per floor, the design prioritises privacy, while all residences benefit from dual aspects and full cross ventilation.

Head of Strategy and Acquisition, Aris Dimos, says the Government’s new Low and Mid Rise Housing Policy has opened opportunities for boutique developments in sought after neighbourhoods such as Rose Bay. “Rose Bay reflects its name, offering immediate access to the harbour foreshore and CBD, abundant parklands and open spaces, a vibrant village atmosphere with cafés, restaurants and shops, and close proximity to Bondi Beach, Watsons Bay and Double Bay.”

With the application now submitted, Fyve will continue working closely with consultants and stakeholders, with further updates to be shared as the project progresses.
