In conjunction with the lodgement, FYVE has appointed WMK Architecture to lead the design of the project. Known for their refined, context-driven approach, WMK Architecture was selected for their ability to deliver high-quality residential outcomes that respond to the character of established neighbourhoods while prioritising functionality and liveability for end users.

The proposed development comprises a boutique collection of 31 residences, positioned moments from Northbridge Plaza and the local town centre, with convenient access to the Sydney CBD.

Planned across six levels above basement parking, the project has been designed with owner-occupiers and downsizers in mind. Residences will feature generous, functional layouts and expansive private open spaces, capitalising on the site’s leafy outlook and view corridors.

Aris Dimos, Head of Strategy and Acquisition at FYVE, said the project builds on the group’s broader acquisition strategy.

“Following on from our recent Rose Bay acquisition, Northbridge represents a continuation of our strategy to secure well-located opportunities in tightly held, established locations with strong owner-occupier appeal. We look forward to bringing this project to life in one of the Lower North Shore’s most desirable addresses.”

The Northbridge project forms part of FYVE’s growing portfolio of boutique developments, focused on delivering high-quality residences in well-connected, amenity-rich locations.
