Over recent years, under the strategic leadership of Aris Dimos, FYVE has assembled a carefully curated pipeline of development opportunities across some of Sydney’s most tightly held and sought-after locations, including Rose Bay, Northbridge and Lane Cove. With these foundations now firmly established, the appointment of Anas marks the next phase in bringing these projects to life.

As Head of Development, Anas will oversee the end-to-end delivery of FYVE’s expanding portfolio, leading projects through planning, design, approvals, delivery and commercial execution. Working closely alongside Binah as FYVE’s delivery partner, he will play a key role in ensuring each development reflects the quality, precision and long-term value that define the FYVE brand.

Anas brings more than 12 years of senior property development experience to the role. Most recently, he served as Head of Development at ALAND, where he oversaw a pipeline exceeding $8.7 billion and more than 11,000 dwellings across Sydney. Prior to this, his time at Lendlease provided a strong foundation in institutional-grade development across premium residential and mixed-use communities.
