FYVE has secured development approval for its Rose Bay project, advancing the next residential project in its growing Sydney pipeline.
Designed by PBD Architects, the project will deliver 19 residences in a tightly held harbourside location, moments from the foreshore and an easy 200-metre walk to Rose Bay village. The project was approved under the NSW Government’s Low and Mid-Rise Housing Policy, which rezoned well-connected, amenity-rich areas that had previously been under-zoned.
“Securing development approval for Rose Bay is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of. We wanted to stay true to the intent of the policy which is to provide a choice of thoughtfully designed homes in a low and mid-rise setting at a human scale and density.” - Aris Dimos, Head of Strategy and Acquisitions, FYVE
In partnership with investment partner Benchmark Capital, Rose Bay supports FYVE’s continued focus on securing and delivering well-located projects in established neighbourhoods with enduring appeal. With development approval now secured, FYVE looks forward to progressing the next chapter of Rose Bay.
